Prisoners (2013)

Completely despairing and bleak, the quiet dawning of horrific realisation.

Godly man, how far will you push the demon inside of you? What kind of atrocities are we capable of under the guise of good intention?

Angry burning rage runs in your veins and leaks from your lips.

He's not a person anymore.

Prisoners is a story of how easily our morality can crumble and how quickly men can turn into demons in the face of despair. Villeneuve is outstanding; every scene is steeped in uneasy tension and underscored by a dull dread.
